Description of the problem	While attempting to negotiate a curve, the driver lost control leaving roadway. This was the first time it had happen. The insurance company declared the bike as a total lost with injuries to the diver as well. There was nothing done to correct the problem since, the driver was not aware of any recall at the time nor was informed of such recall by the manufacturer. I found out about the recall by looking it up on the inter-net. Can't say if this was the cause,but it is a possibility.
